Any item can be returned without reason within 60 days of purchase. All collars and leashes have a 5-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. This means that if anything were to break or tear within 5 years of purchase, we will replace the item at no charge upon receipt of the defective item. |

We don't even keep your credit card number on file when you place an order. If you called us and asked us to use a credit card number form a previous order, we couldn't because it's not on file. |
