What is the return policy?
Any item can be returned without reason within 60 days of purchase. All collars and leashes have a 5-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. This means that if anything were to break or tear within 5 years of purchase, we will replace the item at no charge upon receipt of the defective item.
If you are exchanging an item because you ordered the wrong size, we will ship the correct item out and either refund the difference to you minus shipping charges or charge you the difference plus shipping charges.
If we shipped you the wrong product, please return the item and we will replace it with the correct item with no charges to you at all.
If you are returning the item for a refund within 60 days of purchase, the refund will be credited back to your credit card when we receive the item. Credit card refunds usually take about 4-5 days to show on your statement.
