Bolognese

The Bolognese, or Bichon Bolognese, is a member of the bichon family, all of which are small white dogs from the Mediterranean area. It the past the breed had was seen with both white coats and black coats. Nowadays the black coat is prohibited. The Bolognese was a favorite among European royalt but is now seldom seen outside of Italy. This companion dog is serious, intelligent and not particularly vivacious which many people prefer.
