Bracco Italiano

The Bracco Italiano, or Italian Setter, or Italian Pointer, is thought to be one of the olders of the setter having already been established in the 18th century. Today the Bracco Italiano is used mostly as a gundog although it has excellent scenting skills. It has a quiet and gentle temperament and is capable of great loyalty. The Bracco is solidly built and has a short, fine coat.
